The project is structured under three workpackages:
WP #1
Identify rare (& common) genetic variants associated with structural markers of brain aging.
WP #2
Explore lifetime determinants of brain aging via longitudinal profiling of genomic, epigenomic, and environmental markers across the lifespan.
WP #3
Clinical and functional significance of genetic determinants for structural brain aging.
